KEEP GOING
(What I Learned From My Meditation)
You just want to keep going, keep putting in your best footwork, and keep putting one foot in front of the other
I think my Saturday morning road runs are my part of meditation.
I usually wake up at 5 am, sip warm water, wear my running shoes on, and there... I meet the road. Alone, calm, and silent.
I can see, feel, enjoy, think....
It motivates me....
It puts me positivity....
I am more focused
And ready again to face the new day..
Meditation is the first step of change. Dealing with my restlessness, insecurities, and challenges. It helps me course-correct my life every single day.

My mind
my heart
my soul
