My version of Tuna pasta with cherry tomatoes
It’s so sad that I skipped running for like 2 weeks and I hear my body is complaining.
Then I decided to cook food that is healthy but less expensive.
So here it is...
This is a quick and easy meal that you must try. Just 7 ingredients then you go!!
350g spaghetti pasta
2 cans of Tuna flakes (drained)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
6 pcs cherry tomatoes - ( took them from my neighbor’s garden)
2tbsp oil
seaweeds (crushed)/ black pepper for alternative
Salt to taste
Cooking directions
Cook pasta by following the packet directions until tender and drain
Meanwhile, heat oil and cook the cherry tomatoes for a minute, take them out in the pan, then saute the garlic, add tuna flakes and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta and toss them together until it covers the whole pasta or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, add the cherry tomatoes and garnish with seaweed flakes. Then taste it
