The Art of Unpacking
Art fascinates me. It helps me breathe. It gives life to my dull routine. I find that making art relieves my stress. Depression is real. Keeping your mental health and wellness in check is a way to keep a downward spiral at bay. Taking action is part of being strong.
This is neurographic art. It is my way to unpack my emotions. I learned that translating past trauma, stress of the day, and worries about the future into a piece of art can be meditative and healing.
