PSM is a free matching community in which teachers and students can communicate through Kakaotalk.
For some reasons, there are teachers who may not be able to respond to Kakaotalk messages.
To solve this problem, if you experience difficulty contacting a teacher via Kakaotalk, or if a similar issue happens repeatedly, you can use a system that can reduce the time spent to report a teacher or making the teacher's Kakaotalk ID private.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in this system.
If you don't receive any reply to your class request from a teacher, please click on the 'Shortcut' button shown below.

※ If you don't get a response to a request not for the purpose of having a class, you cannot report this.
