Overall comment:

Berry is able to remain focused for significant periods of time and she is generally able to suppress distractions quite well. Her attitude towards reading has been generally positive and Berry is engaged in the material. However, she needs to continue to show caring and interest in the books we have been reading to support her understanding of the material. Over the coming weeks, I hope for her to work on improving a specific issue. She is making progress with phonics, but she needs to continue practicing sounds so that Berry can read fluently. She speaks with confidence and fluency but could use more variety in her words.
