Conversation:

Ms. Joo is very enthusiastic to participate in class. She is excited to engage in the converation. She can also express her opinions across clearly.

Quinoa - a goosefoot found in the Andes, where it was widely cultivated for its edible starchy seeds before the introduction of Old World grains.

Adlai -also known as adlay, Chinese pearl barley, or Job's Tears, is a gluten-free grain that grows primarily in Asia. Similar to rice, the grain grows on long stalks of grass, then are milled into ivory-colored beads with streaks of black or light brown.

Ivy League - a group of long-established colleges and universities in the eastern US having high academic and social prestige.

Something to Work on:

Instead of "after graduated" - you may use "after I graduated" or "after graduating"

Practice using helping verb "DID" with  present tense main verb to form a verb phrase. 

(Example: My parents did not gave any motivation - My parents did not give any motivation.)

Overall Feedback:

Because Ms Joo has the willingness to learn more, she is able to absorb a lot of what we talk about. She gives her opinions freely and expressed them in a way that is understandable and concise.
