I think it is differnt the word repect and esteem. We just respect to elder because they have experience than us and they are weak.

• I think the word respect and esteem are two different things. Still we respect the elders because they are weaker but have more experience than us.

For example, we can give up our seat to them in the subway.

I think we don't need to tell them any words, because we have differnt values and morals each other. So it need to have home education.
