In response to the questions given to him, Jaewon expressed his thoughts and opinions clearly. I found him trying to explain his views logically. He sometimes forgets the words but with great focus, he can be able to express his ideas easily.

Correct: There should be a greater effort on the part of the government to help the poor and put more resources into education
