Tim doesn't have much difficulties expressing your thoughts in English. However, your confidence to speak the language may still be affected due to some mistakes, or being too careful to commit grammatical mistakes. Keep trying, mistakes will always be a good part of learning.
Vocabulary/ Grammar:
Tim's vocabulary pool is still limited. However, you can still manage to use some words to describe what you want to say.

Overall Feedback:
Speak the language every chance you get. Speaking the language will serve as your practice. Remember that practice is very essential to improve one's skills. Or set your devices' language to English, so you will be forced to practice your reading skill. This is one of the best ways to help you practice your English skills.
