Fete - festival; a public function, typically held outdoors and organized to raise funds for a charity, including entertainment and the sale of goods and refreshments.

Streaming - a method of transmitting or receiving data (especially video and audio material) over a computer network as a steady, continuous flow, allowing playback to start while the rest of the data is still being received.

Hinder - create difficulties for (someone or something), resulting in delay or obstruction.
