fire escape – a set of metal stairs, especially on the outside of a building, that allows people to escape from a burning building

closet – a cupboard or a small room with a door, used for storing things, especially clothes

jacuzzi – a brand name for a bath or pool into which warm water flows through small holes, producing a pleasant bubbling effect

landlord – a person or organization that owns a building or an area of land and is paid by other people for the use of it

tenant – a person who pays rent for the use of land or a building
