When I wash the dishes I use kitchen detergent.
I have doubts that the detergent clean up from the dishes.
Even though it doen't have damaging on our bodies.
So, I rinse them with hot water at first and then finish them with cold water because the hot water can melt it easily.
Please correct these sentences and make them better.
I don't get hurt so I want better expressions.
Thank you so much.~~^^

Great job~! Please take note of these errors and some suggested expressions:
*subject-verb agreement: Make sure to use the singular form of a verb if your subject is singular. (singular form: add 's' or 'es' to the verb). It's the same with using 'don't' or 'doesn't'.
*Pronouns: (using 'them' and 'it') Since you are talking about detergents and dishes in your sentences, you have to make sure to specify what you're talking about when you change the subject in your sentences.
*word form: 'damaging' can also be used as an adjective but not a noun, so you can add a noun after it.
*vocabulary: 'dissolve' is a better word than 'melt' for your sentence.
I hope the suggestions will help! Keep posting~~
